Who it is for
For teams that need more than a card and a monthly plan.
Business covers most teams: 5,000 transcription minutes and 1,500 AI credits a month, 8-hour files, 10 concurrent jobs. Enterprise is for organizations whose procurement, legal, or volume requirements do not fit a self-serve plan.
- Contract terms — A signed agreement with your legal and procurement requirements, instead of click-through terms.
- Negotiated volume — Transcription minutes and AI credits sized to your workload, beyond the Business plan’s monthly allowance.
- Invoicing — Pay by invoice on your billing cycle rather than by card.
- Data processing agreement — A DPA as part of the contract, naming the processors we use.
- Named contact — One person at Domichron who knows your setup and answers your email.
- Uptime commitment — An uptime commitment written into the contract, with what happens if we miss it.
How it works
What you get is the product as it runs today.
No separate enterprise build. These are the facts about where your media goes and how long it stays.
- Transcription
- Server-side with OpenAI Whisper. 99 languages, timestamps.
- Transcript storage
- Encrypted at rest with a per-user key; deleted 30 days after creation, or sooner if you delete it.
- Original uploads
- Deleted after transcription. A compressed audio copy is kept only for in-app playback, for the life of the transcript.
- Browser tools
- Convert, compress, extract audio, and Clip Studio export run in the browser. Those files are not uploaded.
- AI features
- Summaries, repurposing, chat, and clip picks run on OpenAI models, metered in credits.
- Payments
- Stripe for card billing. Invoicing by contract.
Not on offer today
SSO/SAML, shared team workspaces, a public API, custom retention periods, and on-premise deployment are not available. If one of these is a requirement, say so in the form — it helps us plan.
